EPR MANAGEMENT IN INDIA

EPR Management in India is a significant step taken by the Central Government and Ministry of Environment Forest and Climate change (MoEFCC) to curb the menace of e-waste, batteries and plastic waste pollution. Producers, Importers and Brand Owners (PIBOs) have a mandate to fulfil their compliances by recycling and refurbishing waste materials. Soon Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) will be implementing the same in Tyre, Used Oil and other such products in India.
